| 2. Download our Credit Application and complete it as thoroughly as possible. |
| 3. Gather the information indicated on our Borrower's Checklist. |
| 4. Mail or fax the collected information to The Hard Money Depot. |

A representative of The Hard Money Depot will contact you following your submission of the Investor Questionnaire and answer any questions concerning the pre-qualification process. ‘Proof of Funds' letter will be available once pre-qualification is completed. |
